About us
Company Director - Brad Wadds.
Brad has had a broad experience in the HVAC-R industry throughout his career.
From the early days as an apprentice on the Mornington Peninsula, he found himself working in a small company, looking after commercial and domestic clients with a multitude of air conditioning and refrigeration needs.
He then found himself in Darwin for several years working with a company on defence and border control contracts. Working on large military and border control vessels, from small air conditioning to large rack systems and anything in between. He also spent time looking after several mine sites in the outback where repairs and preventative maintenance are time critical with stringent safety measures in place.
After his time in the territory Brad worked for a commercial company in Melbourne in charge of numerous large commercial HVAC fitouts and repairs in office buildings and large scale commercial projects.
After that he found himself in charge of a small Service crew back on the Mornington Peninsula with a strong focus on repairs and preventative maintenance where Brad was able to hone his skill set even further.
Working closely as a warranty agent for company’s such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Actron among several others. Rest assured you will be in good hands. After 7 years in that role Brad decided to ramp up his existing Air conditioning business he operated on the sidelines for the past 10 years and go it on his own.
